The Hatch Methodology
Our competency frameworks are adapted from SkillsFuture guidelines, aligning our program outcomes with industry standards for Digital Marketing and User Interface, User Experience (UI/UX) Design in Singapore.
Engagement Process

We’ll conduct our preliminary assessment to understand your desired outcomes from the engagement. We’ll work together with you to unpack your challenges and needs.

Co-Creation
We’ll bring in our specialisation in methodology and frameworks to facilitate the co-design of the program. You’re still in charge of steering the overall program direction.

Delivery
We’ll run the program, employing proven learning engagement methods and monitoring its progress against assessment metrics.

Evaluation
We’ll continue to fine-tune the program according to set checkpoints to ensure your desired goals and objectives are being met.

Hatch was able to modify and adapt their programmes according to the age group and interest of the youth. As we were working mainly with youths between 11 to 13 year olds, Hatch was able to simplify their curriculum to suit the needs of the youth, yet at the same time still ensure that it is a meaningful programme for them. Hatch's staff were also highly committed to what they have set out to do, and we were able to work collaboratively to ensure that our youth benefit from the experiences.
Hatch has matched up to our expectations in terms of program outcomes and delivery. We shared with the Hatch team our youth profile and they were efficient in helping us to tailor a program that is according to our youths’ needs and their age. The Hatch team was also very flexible and quick to adjust when we needed to make changes to the program outline to cater to the different needs of our youths profile.
